The dial and the movement is signed by the maker. “Louis-Constantin Detouche”.
Louis-Constantin Detouche ran the watchmaking business of his father, Georges Detouche. In 1830, he moved to 158-160 rue Saint-Martin and specialized in precision clocks, scientific instruments such as regulators , and jewelry.
